Peer Mentorship

If invited to become a Mentor, you will serve as a part-time employee of the CCPU Training Fund (your status on a W-2 tax form) and will lead fellow childcare educators in key areas connected to their professional and business development needs and growth. You will join a vibrant mentorship network composed of small cohorts that are provider-led and staff supported, engaging in learning, connecting, sharing, and power-building together across California.

We invite you to complete the following application which requires a stable wifi connection and should take no longer than about 20 minutes of your time. Answers to these questions will help us learn more about you and support our decision-making as we develop this inaugural cohort.

In the coming weeks, we’ll be inviting selected finalists to create a video via Whatsapp to walk us through their workspace and share any additional information. We’ll then be making final decisions and will contact you directly if you have been selected.
Due to this being an initial pilot, we have a limited number of spots available. We look forward to expansion and deepening of this work in the future, and if you are not selected in this round, we encourage you to apply for future cohorts. Additionally, we invite you to explore our other program offerings, especially if you have professional and business development experience – we look forward to learning from and alongside you!
