Tech Benefit Webinar: How to use DocuSign for the Tech Benefit Application (for Waitlist #2)

Event Description: This webinar is open to providers whose Tech Benefit application submission falls between 2001-3000 on the waiting list. The Tech Benefit team will provide a high level overview and live demo on how to complete the W-9 and Equipment Acceptance Form in DocuSign once a provider is qualified and meets all eligibility requirements. The Tech Benefit team will also provide guidance on the eligibility requirements in order to move forward in the approval process for a computer workstation.

Description: Family child care providers requiring technical assistance are welcome to attend our office hours Zoom sessions. Our monthly office hours session provides one-on-one assistance to address questions and troubleshoot technical issues for CCPU programs and benefits. Questions will be answered on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to submit your question in advance to receive priority, please complete the registration form below and attend the meeting at the start of our session at 6pm.

It is through the sharing of such knowledge, practices, and experiences that we believe our community will thrive. Our Technical Assistance Peer Mentorship Program aims to bridge the gap that providers face between their businesses and technology to bring vital access to transform the family child care sector. If invited to become a Technical Assistance Mentor, you will serve as a temporary, part-time employee of the CCPU Training Fund and will lead fellow childcare educators in key technological areas connected to their professional and business development needs and growth. You will join a vibrant mentorship network composed of small cohorts that are provider-led and staff supported, engaging in learning, connecting, sharing, and power-building together across California.
