It’s given me all the tools I need — who to call on the phone, where to go with my questions. I’m new at this, I take it step-by-step. “At the beginning of this business, I thought you had to learn by yourself how to do everything. I didn’t know we could work together as a group with other providers, sharing and comparing. Now, being in this group, I realize I am not by myself, not isolated. Now I feel part of something else, a solid group. As soon as the class finishes, I will sign up to join a group reunion.”
